The Via crosses Kent in the United Kingdom; the Haute-de-France, Grand Est and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regions in France; the Vaud and Valais cantons in Switzerland; and the Valle d’Aosta, Piedmont, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, Tuscany, Lazio, Campania, Basilicata and Puglia regions, in Italy and the Vatican State in Rome.
